Shipping, Return, & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request an exchange.  This applies to full priced items only. Sale items are not eligible. We do not provide paid shipping on returns. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

To return any items from an order, please email info@lovefromme.ie to organise your return within 30 days of placing your order.

Please note for hygiene reasons there is strictly no exchange on earrings and no exchange or refund will be given on any items worn. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should email your details to info@lovefromme.ie within 30 days of ordering and we will send on the address to ship your return.
We are not responsible for lost returned packages, and recommend you insure and track your package by registered post.

Shipping of Orders

We use an post registered post to send your orders.  

Most orders will be sent out the next working day after the order was made. The only time this will change is if there is a SALE on lovefromme.ie and there may be a high number of orders to prep.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
